These insoles are not thick but they don't need to be which is great. I like that they are thin because it doesn't change the fit of your shoe. The thicker insoles always end up making my shoes feel too tight. They are soft and comfortable and cushions the ball of my feet in heels. Before putting the insoles in, my feet would burn from rubbing against the shoe, but the insoles take care of the issue and I can now wear my heels for a lot longer without my feet hurting.
